Chi kung an introduction ONLINE

This series of 3 classes is designed to introduce qigong to the beginner or as a refresher for those with experience. It is a forgiving practice that accepts you as it finds you. It can re-boot & re-balance your body, mind and spirit! Chi Kung (qigong) has its roots in ancient Chinese martial arts and brings about personal transformation through movement, breath and meditation. The classes are based around gentle, rhythmic movements that get under the radar to soften and de-stress inspiring deep whole body breathing.
