CHINESE YOGA dao yin

DAO YIN often referred to as ‘Chinese yoga’ is an ancient Chinese practice designed to balance, align and encourage the flow of energy/chi through the meridians.
The class will focus on a series of seated and lying exercises (but may include standing positions) to prepare the mind/body/spirit to sit in tranquility.
In the earlier Wednesday class at YMCA onekx ‘Tai Chi/Chi Kung demystified’ these dao yin exercises are touched on, this class is an opportunity to explore in greater depth this transformative seated practice.
Please wear clothing that you can comfortably move in.
