Tai Chi (Chi Kung) are ancient Chinese martial arts that bring about personal transformation through movement, breath and meditation.
The class is based around gentle, rhythmic movements that relax, balance and energise. These classes are suitable for all levels.
Please wear clothing that you can comfortably move in.
